We had a wonderful at Dear Green Coffee Roasters where we were hosted by Lisa who told us all about Coffee and how they select and roast their beans. We were joined by Bryce from West Mossgiel Farm who told us the story of his journey in taking over his family farm and producing non-homogenised milk.
